ALICE Portal Global Sync Settings Tab

The ARD’s AVM Configuration settings can be synced across all Directories within an organization.

Note: These settings will overwrite the previous settings of every ARD The ALICE interface that appears on the ALICE Kiosk in your Lobby, also known as the ALICE Receptionist Directory in your organization, so be sure every Kiosk should have these new settings applied before activating sync features.

• Sync Translations for All Directories – When switched ON, the settings configured under the AVM Translations menu will be synced and enforced on ALL ALICE Receptionist Directories within your organization.

  When switched OFF, each ARD within your organization will retain its own Translation settings.

• Sync Surveys for all Directories – When switched ON, the Surveys will be synced and enforced on ALL ALICE Receptionist Directories within your organization.

  When switched OFF, each ARD within your organization will retain its own Survey settings.

• Sync Private Screening list for all Directories – When switched ON, the Private Screening settings will be synced and enforced on ALL ALICE Receptionist Directories within your organization.

  When switched OFF, each ARD within your organization will retain its own Private Screening settings.

• Sync Registered Visitors list for all Directories – When switched ON, the Registered Visitor list will sync all Registered Visitors across your entire organization's ARDs.

  When switched OFF, each ARD within your organization will retain its own Registered Visitor list.
